About
IMPACT Online is a highly engaging remote team building activity focusing on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is designed for people to gain an understanding of the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. Participants join the game through a conferencing tool and download the game on their handheld device. The specially designed app guides teams through a series of engaging tasks, each one uniquely related to one of the SDGs. Teams move along a suite of tasks related to all the SDGs - "No Poverty", "Zero Hunger", "Good Health and Well-being", "Gender Equality", "Climate Action", and twelve more. Throughout the activity, they also learn about DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) as a team, and as part of the organisation. It's the best online team building game to learn about ESG and DEI. There are knowledge-based questions, puzzles, photo challenges and much more. Team members complete the various tasks and submit their attempts to gain points to climb up the leaderboard, all while learning about and interacting with all 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Learning Outcomes
Successful teams learn to work together effectively in a limited time by collectively understanding the game and developing an agile team strategy. All team members are needed to complete the game as they all get different roles and must share information in order to progress throughout the game. Teams that can utilise effective listening skills and, voice their opinions confidently with clear, concise communication will climb the leaderboard. Individuals will learn to appreciate their own strengths and the diversity of skills of others in their team while learning how they can contribute towards a greater impact for a sustainable future.
